Customer Care Representative (CCR)

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and addressing any client concerns
  • Incoming and Outbound calls to and from customers, listening to their needs and issues and providing solutions by booking them onto our call board
  • Invoicing and Receivables will also be an important part of your daily tasks

Qualifications:

  • 2 + years experience in Customer Service
  • 2+ years experience answering incoming phone calls
  • Capability to work in Word documents & Booking System software (training will be provided)
  • Attention to detail will benefit our CCR's greatly and help with providing the best service to our clients and to our technician team members

Job Type:

  • Full Time

Work Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm

Compensation:

  • Range of $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
