  • You will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls from clients and fellow technician team members.
  • You will also be responsible for communication with our technician team members out in the field and ensuring the callboard is organized in an efficient manner to assist our clients.
  • Invoicing and Payables will also be an important part of your daily tasks.


  • 4+ years experience in Customer Service
  • 2+ years experience answering incoming calls
  • Capability to work in Word documents & Booking System software (training will be provided).
  • Attention to detail will benefit our dispatcher greatly and help with providing the best service to our clients and to our technician team members

Job Type:

  • Full Time

Work Hours:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:30 am to 4 pm


  • Range of $25.00 - $33.00 per hour
